Strategic Plans   Message A successful association is distinguished by having a deep vision which becomes the steps for achieving its goals. Society of Engineers - UAE is very keen to accomplish our mission and achieve all our visions in the year 2020. The Strategic Vision will help advance the Society of Engineers - UAE to its next level of excellence and outstanding service and continuous development. The necessity to specify the objectives and putting them into operating actions is very important factor in order to specify the means, the time, schedules and implementation bodies. It is also necessary to insert the Gulf objectives which are considered our natural extension and a strategic depth to our society. Plans will be just a piece of paper unless we give all our efforts and time to make our dream and vision to be a reality. We have to offer our capabilities and tender opportunities to provide and confine the upgrade of our society and to provide to our homeland what it deserves. All the success of Society of Engineers - UAE will not be possible without the strategic vision that guides the society to achieve its goals, the exceptional guidance of the Management Board, the hard work and dedication of the employees and members, and especially the spirited mind and leadership of the founders.
