As part of UAE society of engineers (SOE) efforts to open up with all associates the government, private as well as educational institutes ,, and part of its policy to exchange the thoughts and knowledge with other local enterprises to benefit from each others’ experiences to come up with clear vision how to deal with all the challenges facing engineering sector as far as the future of engineering fields is concerned.. His excellence engineer Mohammed Mashroom chairman of SOE has met with Dr.Jamal AlMehairy vice chairman and general counselor of sheikh Hamdan bin Rashed AlMaktoom distinct educational award and Mr.Sulaiman AbdulKhaleq executive director and security council board member of award where they discussed how the 22 years of hard work and the methodology adopted by reward team put the award among one the best worldwide and got the big impact internationally. Both parties have agreed to have extensive meeting between their teams and work closely together to benefit from the experience gained by award team to implement it in structure of sheikh Hamdan bin Rashed AlMaktoom distinctive and innovative engineering award. The two parties have agreed as well to sign the memorandum of understanding (MOU) to benefit from one another’ experience each in its fields
