During the meeting with Society's employees, Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroom, President of SOE-UAE, emphasized that harmony and teamwork are the key to successful work; appreciating the effort made by the Society's employees during the past period, urging the employees to continue giving in order to improve the level of services provided by the Society to its employees and affiliates.

Last Thursday, during his meeting with the Society’s employees, Mashroom noted the need to roles integration and completion of work in accordance with the highest quality standards in order to delight customers, asserting providing full support by the Board of Directors to the employees to ensure the stability of the work environment and maintain the performance's level and development.

The meeting dealt visions and ideas that would improve performance were exchanged, in addition to discussion of future plans for the various sections of the Society in conformity with the State’s directions in developing the institutional work and keeping up with the developments in the engineering work in 2020.
