Society of Engineers celebrated the 48th UAE National Day at the Society headquarter in Dubai. The celebration has been held in the presence of Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroom "the President", Eng. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali "Vice President", Eng. Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al Hajri "General Secretary", Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Al Hosani "Board Director Member – Head of Training and Conferences Committee", Eng. Rashad Mohammed Bukhash "Board Director Member – Head of the Specialized Committees", Dr. Nahla Ahmed Alqassimi "Board Director Member – Treasurer", Eng. Mariam Al Thany "Head of the Women Engineers Committee", Eng. Tarek Demas Al-Suwaidy "General Manager" and group of attendees in addition to the Society's employees.
A great occasion to renew loyalty and to be proud of.
On this occasion, Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroom presented his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE "may Allah preserve him", His Highness Brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai "may Allah preserve him," His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and their brothers, members of the Supreme Council, the Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers, the people and the inhabitants of the UAE.
Mashroom reiterated the Society's commitment to celebrate UAE National Day, which is a great occasion for the State, and reflects the value of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Father, State Founder, who laid the foundations of the union and unity of our dear country and his brothers, leaders of the Union and members of the Federal National Council. Mashroom pointed out that the National Day represents a great occasion to renew loyalty to the homeland and the spirit of the union, solidarity, acting together, to be proud of for all the people of the country and land-residents of the UAE, which became, thanks to the approach of wise leadership, a model for coexistence and forgiveness.
An Opportunity to express the national identity
On his part, Eng. Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al Hajri, General Secretary of the SOE-UAE, presented greetings to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan "may Allah preserve him", His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai "may Allah preserve him" and to the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Rulers of the Emirates and UAE nationals and inhabitants.
The General Secretary of the Society of Engineers said that the celebration of the National Day is an embodiment of the country's union and an opportunity to express the national identity, values of loyalty and belonging to the homeland and leadership, to strengthen the meanings of unity and solidarity in the hearts of this giving people; and a renewal of the covenant for our leaders to move forward on the path of the Founding Fathers in the march of the Union and progressing towards a new horizon and a bright future for our beloved State. He assured that the celebration of the National Day is a celebration of the people's giving, armed with determination and insistence, and tool unity and solidarity as a title, and the march of a country whose leaders gave a unique development experience in various fields stunned the world with its excellence.
