In order to be present in various events related to the engineering field, UAE Society of Engineers participated as a major supporter in the 17th edition of the International Operations & Maintenance Conference in the Arab States, which commenced at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Center under the patronage of Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi Minister of Infrastructure Development.
The opening ceremony witnessed honoring of the UAE Society of Engineers in the presence of its President Eng . Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroom, as a major supporter of the conference, which continues until the 21st of this month (Under the slogan of promoting maintenance through big data management) through the participation of international experts and international and Arab organizations.
On the aim of the Society of Engineers' participation in the conference, the President of the Society, Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroum, reiterated keenness to participate in the conference as a regional specialized platform for the operators and managers of the main operating and maintenance companies to exchange experiences and experiments with decision makers in the field of operation and maintenance and take cognizance of the latest technologies applied in improving the effectiveness of operation, maintenance, operations management strategies and business plans. The conference will also discuss, through the accompanying workshops, the most contemporary challenges in operation and maintenance, the latest global trends, innovations and the development of new procedures and technologies in the field of maintenance and operation.
