Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment officially announced participation of 58 companies specialized in building materials, interior design, engineering consultancy, contracting and project management, in addition to government agencies concerned with housing, banks and finance services companies, in the third exhibition of housing and building materials and engineering consultancy (Decobuild 2019) in the period from 6-9 November 2019 at Al Bayt Mitwahid hall, Al Warqa 4, Dubai, sponsored by Sheikh Zayed Housing Program.

At the press conference organized by the Establishment yesterday in its headquarters in presence of Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroum, Chairman of Society of Engineers, Eng. Mohammed Al Mansouri, Executive Director of Engineering Affairs Sector in Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, and Salem Makhlouf Al Naqbi, Expert in Housing Studies, Sharjah Housing Department, Sami Gargash, Executive Director of Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, organizer of the exhibition, explained that the Establishment recently approved housing services through artificial intelligence techniques, where Board of Directors of the Establishment approved the application of electronic approvals service on loans and housing grants, which saves a lot of effort and time on the Establishment, and we are working to fully automate all services soon.

For his part, Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroum, Chairman of Society of Engineers, expressed his happiness to continue sponsoring the official exhibition for the third year in a row, pointing out that unprecedented successes of the previous two exhibitions, represented in increase in number of participating companies and establishments and the growing demand by visitors, is an incentive to continue sponsorship.

In his speech, Eng. Mohamed Mashroum addressed the role of Engineering Arbitration Center in the SoE with regard to housing issues, pointing out that, since its establishment in May 2016, the Center has a key role in solving construction related issues and resolving disputes through experts, arbitrators and specialists in resolving engineering disputes through its services of arbitration, mediation and issuing technical reports and consultancies related to consolidated engineering contracts.
