UAE Society of Engineers' Training Department recently organized a course on construction contracts (FIDIC) in cooperation with Fujairah National Group (FNG). The course was held at FNG buildings.

The 4-day course aimed to provide training for employees of FNG-affiliated Fujairah National Construction Company, as lectures were delivered to trainees on basics of construction contracts.

At the end of the course, the participants in the course were awarded certificates certified by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and the UAE Society of Engineers.

Khaled Ahmed, head of the Training Department, said the course is part of the UAE Society of Engineers' policy and strategy to qualify engineering cadres so that they can cope with the requirements of labor markets.
