The Board of Directors of Society of Engineers - UAE (SOE) discussed the preparations for the 40th anniversary of SOE. During their periodic meeting recently held yesterday at SOE Dubai Headquarter, the Board of Directors presided by Eng. Mohamed Mahmoud Mashroom, President of SOE, and in presence of Eng. Abdulla Yousef Al Ali, Vice President, Eng. Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al Hajri, General Secretary, Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Al Hosani, Head of Training and Conferences Committee and Dr. Nahla Ahmed Alqassimi, Supervisor of Youth Engineering Council reassured the preparations of the celebration committees.

The meeting also addressed many agendas relevant to SOE process during the next phase in line with Year of Tolerance. The agenda includes the initiatives of helping the troubled national students of Colleges of Engineering and the guideline for those who intend to build their houses that explains building phases, the mechanism for contracts and procedures of building. Moreover, the meeting discussed the working reports of SOE Sections for the last period.
