The UAE Society of Engineers is organizing the First UAE Project Management Conference for Mastering Project and Risk Management in Mega Projects. The conference will take place at the Intercontinental Festival City Dubai, between May 25 and 27, 2015, and is expected to attract a wide international participation from leading experts in the sector.Commenting on this, His Excellency Engineer Essa Al Maidoor, Director General of Dubai Health Authority, Chairman of the Society of Engineers, highlighted that Megaprojects in the UAE has contributed to a new wave of real estate developments, supported by the wise vision of the UAE leadership, which focuses on building capabilities and implementing the highest standards in quality and innovation.
The First UAE Conference on Excellence in Project and Risk Management in Megaprojects, Al Maidoor continued, comes in line with this vision, as it serves as a platform for sharing best engineering practices in the UAE.
